ABOUT ME
I’m a Strength and Conditioning coach specialising in Olympic Weightlifting, helping people feel strong, grounded, and truly at home in their bodies. I’ve coached at the International level for Australia, serve as Head Coach of the New South Wales High Performance Coaching Team, and am the founder of Hills Barbell. My approach blends strength training, education, and nervous-system awareness so you can lift with confidence, understand your body, and move with real intention. This is strength with clarity, connection, and heart. Coaching that supports the whole human.
Services
Walk & Talk is a gentle, supportive session where we step outside, move at a comfortable pace, and talk through whatever’s on your mind. Sometimes it’s easier to open up when you’re walking side-by-side rather than sitting face-to-face, and this service creates that calm, natural space.
We’ll walk around the local area and chat about life — stress, goals, challenges, what’s feeling heavy, or what you need more of. It’s not therapy, but it is a chance to be heard, to decompress, to reflect, and to feel supported without judgement.
Fresh air, movement, and honest conversation can make everything feel a little lighter. This is time that’s just for you — to talk, reset, and leave feeling clearer and more grounded than when you arrived.
